Overview
CleanCloud provides a full order management workflow that covers everything from collection to completion. This guide explains how to:
Advance orders through workflow stages
Revert accidental status changes
Complete orders correctly
Troubleshoot common issues
Workflow stages and transitions
From collected to cleaning
After marking an order as collected, its status typically advances to the Cleaning stage. If your system includes additional workflow steps (e.g., Detailing), the order may first move to the Detail page before proceeding to Cleaning.
To verify or adjust this setting:
Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → Detailing Page → Active.
Toggle the detailing step on or off as needed.
Reverting accidental changes
If an order is mistakenly advanced (e.g., marked as cleaned), you can manually revert it to the previous stage:
Go to Settings → Search.
Locate the order using its ID.
Click the blue pencil button to open the editing screen.
Select the correct stage (e.g., Cleaning) from the status dropdown.
Click Submit to save changes.
Completing orders
For an order to transition from Cleaning to Completed, each workflow stage must be completed in order.
From Detail to Cleaning
Open the order from the Detail page.
Make necessary edits (e.g., notes, upcharges).
Submit the order to move it to Cleaning.
From Cleaning to Ready
On the Cleaning page, click Cleaned.
The order will move to the Ready page.
From Ready to Completed
If payment has already been taken, the button will display Collect instead of Payment.
Click Collect to mark the order as delivered and remove it from active pages.
Alternative method:
Go to Search → Edit (pencil icon).
Choose Complete from the status dropdown.
Click Submit to finalize the order.
