Changing the status of an order is helpful if you've made a mistake or need to update details that were missed during order creation.
Editing an Order or Changing the Status
Click the pencil icon next to the order on the Cleaning, Ready, Pickups, or Search pages.
Use the interface to make any edits, such as updating products in the basket. To change the status of an order, click the arrow icon and select the new status (e.g., move it from Ready back to Cleaning).
Once you're finished, click the green Submit button at the bottom right of the page.
🗒️ Notes:
You cannot change the customer name on an existing order. To do this, you must delete the current order and create a new one.
Changing the status is a useful workaround to resend a digital receipt. For example, to resend the "Order Ready" notification, move the order back from Ready to Cleaning, then back to Ready (if this notification is enabled).
To monitor order edits, go to Settings → Users → User Edits. You can track all changes made to orders, including timestamps, details of changes, and the staff member responsible.
