Customise order update notifications in CleanCloud via email, SMS, push, or WhatsApp. Adjust settings for different order stages easily.

CleanCloud enables you to personalise notifications to keep customers updated on their order status. Notifications can be sent via email, SMS, push notifications, and in available countries, WhatsApp.


General Settings

To customise your notifications, go to Settings β†’ Admin β†’ Notifications β†’ General Settings. Here, you can:

  • Set default notification preferences for your store.

  • Decide if customer notification preferences should be remembered.

  • Specify notification delivery methods.

Choose notifications for:

  • Order Created

  • Order Edited with Total Changes

  • Order Edited with Date or Time Changes

  • Order Cleaned and Ready

  • Pickup Order Ready for Collection

  • Delivery Order Successfully Delivered

  • Notification for Failed Auto Charge on Saved Card

  • Notification when Invoice is Paid (Email Only)


Advanced Customisation

For further customisation, access specific settings for each notification method via the respective tab.

  • SMS Messages: Requires purchasing credits. Buy SMS credits at Settings β†’ Admin β†’ Notifications β†’ SMS β†’ SMS Credits β†’ Buy SMS Credits.

  • Email and Push Notifications: Free of charge.
