CleanCloud enables you to view a complete history of notifications sent to each customer, including emails, SMS, WhatsApp (if applicable), and select push notifications. This makes it easy to track communication history and stay connected with your customers.
How to Access Notification History
1. From the Inbox on the New Order Page
Navigate to the New Order page.
Click on the message icon to open the inbox.
You’ll see a list of recent messages, displaying:
Name
Contact
Message Content
Time Sent
From this screen, you can choose to Reply to messages or Delete them as needed.
2. From the Customer CRM Page
Go to the Customer CRM and open the specific customer profile.
Click on the Messages tab to view the complete message history for that customer.
You can also send a new message directly to the customer from this section.
This feature provides a quick and efficient way to review past communications, ensuring a seamless follow-up process and better customer service.
