If you provide pickup and delivery services, CleanCloud allows you to customize notifications for seamless communication with customers and staff.
Configuration Options
To set up your notification preferences, navigate to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Notifications. Here are the available options:
Option | Description |
Notify Customers By | Choose how to notify online customers: SMS, email, SMS and email, WhatsApp (if enabled), or no notification. |
Email Address to Notify Staff of New Orders | Enter an email address for staff notifications when new online orders are placed. |
Phone Number to Notify Staff by SMS for New Orders | Add a phone number to receive SMS notifications for new online orders. |
Send Push Notifications to Driver App for New Orders | Options: No, Yes, or Yes (only if the driver is clocked in). |
Send Customer Email After Signing Up | Automatically sends a welcome email to new customers. |
Send Pickup Reminder the Day Before | Sends a reminder to customers the day before their pickup. |
Custom Text in Welcome Email | Add a custom message to the welcome email, or use the default if left blank. |
Send Customer a Calendar Alert with Email Notifications | Enables calendar alerts alongside email notifications. |
Timezone for Calendar Alert | Set the timezone for calendar alerts. |
📌 Note: SMS notifications require credits, which can be purchased at Settings → Admin → Notifications → SMS → SMS Credits → Buy SMS Credits.
