If a customer is unavailable, drivers can reschedule orders directly in the app, and customers will be automatically notified via the app or web booking tool.
3. Route Management
Drivers can:

✔ View all scheduled orders for the day.
✔ Manage multiple routes within the app.
4. Order Creation
Drivers can create new orders in the app by entering customer details and scheduling pickup and delivery times.

To improve visibility, the app can show customer names in the main feed. Enable this in Settings → Admin → Pickup & Delivery → Driver App → Show Customer Name in Main Feed.

8. First Order Identifier

✔ Edit customer details, such as addresses and contact information, for existing accounts.
Push Notifications for Real-Time Updates
To ensure drivers never miss new orders, enable push notifications in:
Settings → Admin → Pickup & Delivery → Notifications → Send Push Notifications to Driver App for New Orders.
You can choose to send notifications only when drivers are clocked in.
