OnFleet Integration
OnFleet is a trusted last-mile delivery platform used across various industries. It helps businesses streamline delivery operations, optimize routes, and improve efficiency.
Setup
Log in to OnFleet Dashboard, click the Settings icon (top-right), and select API & Webhooks.
Click the + icon in the API Keys section to generate a new API key (e.g., name it "CleanCloud").
Click Edit, copy the API key.
In CleanCloud, go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Driver App → Driver Fleet Management Integrations and enter the OnFleet API Key.
Click Submit to complete the setup.
How It Works
Pickup Orders: Orders created in CleanCloud (POS or Customer App) are sent to OnFleet as Pickup Tasks.
Delivery Orders: When an order is marked as Cleaned in CleanCloud, it is sent to OnFleet as a Delivery Task.
Assigning Drivers: First, create a Team in OnFleet, then assign a Driver to that team.
Tookan Integration
Tookan is a fleet management system designed to automate task assignments and track driver performance for seamless pickup and delivery operations.
Setup
Log in to Tookan and go to Settings → API Keys.
Copy the V2 API Key. If none exists, click "Generate Key".
In CleanCloud, go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Driver App → Driver Fleet Management Integrations and enter the Tookan API Key.
Click Submit to activate the integration.
How It Works
Pickup Orders: When a pickup order is created in CleanCloud (POS or Customer App), it is sent to Tookan as a Pickup Task.
Delivery Orders: When an order is marked as Cleaned in CleanCloud, it is sent to Tookan as a Delivery Task.
Webhooks (Automated Order Status Updates)
Tookan can automatically update CleanCloud when a pickup is marked as successful.
To enable this:
Log in to Tookan and go to Settings → Notifications.
Under Pickup Notifications, click the Pencil icon in the SUCCESSFUL row.
Scroll down and enable Webhooks.
Set the format to APPLICATION/JSON.
Enter this URL:

Click Update, then enable Webhooks for the SUCCESSFUL trigger.
📌 Note: Webhooks should only be enabled for PICKUP SUCCESSFUL triggers.
