Set up and manage Winnsen integrated lockers with CleanCloud. Streamline order processing and enhance customer service with automation.

CleanCloud gives you a variety of locker setups to choose from, so you can easily handle multiple locations. You can pick between "smart" lockers that are integrated and regular ones that aren't.

We work with almost all locker systems. For example, our integration with Winnsen Lockers lets CleanCloud and your lockers communicate automatically, making everything run smoothly.


How to Set Up

The Winnsen Industry lockers come pre-loaded with CleanCloud integration. Follow these steps to set up your lockers:

  • Navigate to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → API in your CleanCloud account to find your API key.

  • Enter your CleanCloud API key into your Winnsen locker system.


Workflow

The integrated locker workflow begins when a new order is placed, following a similar process to a standard order.

1. Placing an Order

  • The customer creates an online account on the CleanCloud App or online web booking tool.

  • The customer logs into the locker using their unique customer QR Code shown in the CleanCloud Customer App.

  • After indicating that they are dropping off an order, an available locker will open for them to place their order inside.

2. Receiving the Order

  • The order will appear in the Pickups tab of your CleanCloud POS account.

  • On the day of the pickup, the order will also appear on the Driver App.

  • The driver logs into the locker using their credentials and indicates that they are picking up an order.

  • A receipt is printed from the locker. The driver scans this receipt to open the door of the locker (the barcode will also be used when dropping off the clean order).

📌 Note: Your driver will require a user account, which can be created from the Users page of your CleanCloud account or directly from the locker.

3. Processing the Order

  • The order is processed along with other orders.

  • Once ready, the order appears on the Driver App and is brought back to the locker by the driver.

  • The driver enters their credentials and scans the barcode to open an available locker.

  • After dropping off the order, the driver marks the order as Delivered, which automatically notifies the customer.

4. Picking Up the Order

  • The customer logs in with their credentials and indicates that they are picking up an order.

  • The locker door then opens, allowing the customer to retrieve their items.
