CleanCloud provides automated WhatsApp notifications to keep your customers informed about their orders. Below are the message templates that are automatically sent based on your preferences configured in Settings → Admin → Notifications → General Settings.

WhatsApp messages will only be sent if WhatsApp is enabled and linked to your CleanCloud account. Learn how to set it up here: How to Use WhatsApp Notifications in CleanCloud.
WhatsApp credits are deducted for every message sent and received. To check your rates (vary by country) or purchase credits, go to Settings → Admin → Notifications → WhatsApp → Buy WhatsApp Credits.
If a customer replies, you have 24 hours to respond manually. After 24 hours, only automated message templates can be sent unless the customer initiates the conversation again.
Templates are available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Order Templates
These pre-approved templates are automatically sent in English (examples below), Spanish, and Portuguese when staff update an order in the POS. They cannot be edited per Meta’s policy.
