Learn about CleanCloud’s automated WhatsApp templates for order updates, pickups, and deliveries. Keep customers informed in real-time.

CleanCloud provides automated WhatsApp notifications to keep your customers informed about their orders. Below are the message templates that are automatically sent based on your preferences configured in Settings → Admin → Notifications → General Settings.

Important Notes:

  • WhatsApp messages will only be sent if WhatsApp is enabled and linked to your CleanCloud account. Learn how to set it up here: How to Use WhatsApp Notifications in CleanCloud.

  • WhatsApp credits are deducted for every message sent and received. To check your rates (vary by country) or purchase credits, go to Settings → Admin → Notifications → WhatsApp → Buy WhatsApp Credits.

  • If a customer replies, you have 24 hours to respond manually. After 24 hours, only automated message templates can be sent unless the customer initiates the conversation again.

  • Templates are available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.


Order Templates

These pre-approved templates are automatically sent in English (examples below), Spanish, and Portuguese when staff update an order in the POS. They cannot be edited per Meta’s policy.

Order Created

Sent when an order is placed.

"Your My Dry Cleaning order #12345 is confirmed and will be ready for you by 01/01/2025. Thank you."

Order Ready to Collect

Sent when an order is marked as ready for collection.

"Your My Dry Cleaning order #12345 for 01/01/2025 is ready to collect. Thank you."

Order Updated

Sent when an order is modified.

"Your My Dry Cleaning order #12345 has been updated on 01/01/2025. Thank you."

Pickup Order Created

Sent when a pickup request is scheduled.

"Your My Dry Cleaning order #12345 pickup is confirmed for 01/01/2025. Please have your items ready for pickup."

Order Updated (With Total & Ready Time)

Sent when an order is updated with the total price and ready by time.

"Your My Dry Cleaning order #12345 has been updated. Total $25. Ready by 01/01/2025. Thank you."

Order Ready for Delivery

Sent when an order is ready for delivery.

"Your My Dry Cleaning order #12345 for 01/01/2025 is ready for delivery. Thank you."

Order Delivered

Sent when an order has been delivered.

"Your My Dry Cleaning order #12345 has been delivered."

Driver on the Way

Sent when the driver is en route for a pickup or delivery.

"Our Driver is on the way for order #12345. They will be there soon."

Driver on the Way with Tracking

Sent when the driver is on the way, including a tracking link.

"Our Driver is on the way for order #12345. Track their location: www.trackinglink.com. They will be there soon."

Order Picked Up

Sent when an order has been picked up.

"Your order with My Dry Cleaning has been picked up."

Order Delivered with Image

Sent when an order is delivered, including an image.

"Your My Dry Cleaning order #12345 has been delivered. Thank you."

Order Delivered with Locker

Sent when an order is delivered to a locker, including the locker number and access code.

"Your My Dry Cleaning order #12345 has been delivered. Locker #123 Code 4567. Thank you."

📌 Note: The store name, order ID, pricing, and ready-by date in the examples are placeholders. The actual values will be dynamically replaced based on your store’s details and the customer’s order information.
