Plant Mode in CleanCloud is designed for businesses with a central cleaning facility, enabling staff to manage orders from multiple stores. This feature allows users to track orders as they move from the store, get cleaned at the plant, and are delivered back to the store.
How to Activate Plant Mode
If you operate a central cleaning facility, you can enable Plant Mode to streamline operations. To activate this feature:

Navigating Plant Mode
Access Plant Mode via the link: https://cleancloudapp.com/plant.
The navigation bar at the top provides easy access to each step of the process.
If your Plant Mode is connected to multiple stores, all of them will be listed on each page. Use the dropdown menu at the top left to view orders from a specific store or all stores.
Updating Order Status
To update the status of an order:
Click the Update button for the order.
In the pop-up window, assign the new status by selecting the appropriate button.
Orders can skip steps if needed, providing flexibility.
To move multiple orders at once, press the Update All button at the top right. You can select specific orders by clicking on their IDs and then press Batch at the bottom right of the screen.
Notifications and Order Status
When an order is set to Delivered Back to Store, a notification will be sent to the customer informing them that their order is ready.
This also moves the order from Cleaning to Ready in the store's interface.
