Using Plant Mode in CleanCloud

Learn how to activate and navigate Plant Mode in CleanCloud, update order statuses, and manage notifications for multiple stores.

Plant Mode is designed for multi‑store businesses with a single cleaning facility. Staff at the plant can see orders from every connected location, update their status, and trigger notifications - keeping the process transparent for both teams and customers.

Activate Plant Mode

Plant Mode is an add‑on feature.

  1. Contact CleanCloud Support to request Plant Mode.

  2. Our Account Management team will discuss pricing and enable the feature for you.


Open Plant Mode

  • The top navigation bar shows each stage of the process.

  • If your plant serves multiple stores, use the store selector at the top‑left corner to filter:

    • All Stores shows every order.

    • Select a specific store to focus on its orders only.


Update Order Status

  1. Locate the order and select Update.

  2. In the pop‑up, choose the next status button. Orders can skip stages if needed.

  3. To move several orders at once:

    • Click Update All in the top‑right corner.

    • Select the order IDs you want.

    • Press Batch at the bottom‑right to apply the status.


Notifications

  • When an order is set to Delivered Back to Store, CleanCloud automatically:

    • Sends a Ready notification to the customer.

    • Moves the order from Cleaning to Ready in the store interface.


Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I tried Plant Mode but no longer need it. How do I cancel?

A: Plant Mode can’t be removed inside the POS. Please contact Support and our Account Management team will disable the feature and update your billing.
