Plant Mode in CleanCloud allows businesses with central cleaning facilities to efficiently manage orders from multiple stores. To access and customize your Plant Mode settings, follow these steps:
Accessing Plant Mode Settings
Navigate to Settings → Admin → Plant Mode → General Settings in your CleanCloud account.
ⓘ Before making any changes, contact our support team. An Account Manager Specialist will assist you in setting up your account.
General Settings in Plant Mode
In the General Settings section, you can configure the following options:
Activate Plant Mode: Toggle to enable or disable Plant Mode.
Plant Version: Choose between V1, V2, or both versions of Plant Mode.
Default Barcode Scan Action: Set the default action for scanning barcodes:
Send Order/Garment to Next Stage
Bring Order/Garment to Current Stage
Track Detailed Activity in Plant: Enable detailed tracking of when garments or orders move between stages.
Track Progress of Individual Garments: Track each individual garment (e.g., a shirt) instead of grouping by item type.
Automatically Move Order to Next Stage When All Garments Scanned: Enable this option for automatic movement to the next stage after scanning all garments.
Add Steps to Show When Garments are with Driver: Add steps to indicate when garments are with Driver 1 or Driver 2.
Hide Customer Name at Plant: Choose whether or not to hide customer names in Plant Mode.
Allow Editing Orders from Plant: Enable or disable order editing from Plant Mode.
Add Extra Page to Plant: Add an additional page for plant-specific functions.

.Note: The first number should not be a zero.
Restrict Staff Access to These IP Addresses: Limit access to Plant Mode to specific IP addresses. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
Plant Stages Configuration
Navigate to Settings → Admin → Plant Mode → General Settings → Plant Stage to view, edit, or add new stages.
Each stage includes the action name and the default next stage. For example:
Pickup from Store → Default Next Stage: Driver from Store
Driver from Store → Default Next Stage: Cleaning
Cleaning → Default Next Stage: Ready
Ready → Default Next Stage: Driver to Store
Driver to Store → Default Next Stage: Completed
Completed ✔
After making any changes, always remember to press the green Submit button to save your settings.
