1. Using Plant Mode for Order Management

In Plant Mode, orders can be managed as they move from the store to the cleaning facility and back again. This feature consolidates orders from multiple stores, helping centralize the tracking and management of garments.

Key Features for Store and Plant Staff

  • Store Staff can track the location of orders, distinguishing between orders at the store and those at the plant.

  • Plant Staff have an intuitive interface to manage orders, track pickups, cleaning processes, and deliveries back to the store.

For businesses with multiple stores, Plant Mode consolidates orders from all stores, improving the efficiency of operations and making it easy to track each order’s status.

2. Customizable Stages in Admin Settings

Administrators can now tailor their plant workflows even further with customizable stages. Here's what's new:

  • Create Unlimited Stages: You can create as many stages as necessary to align with your plant’s unique workflow.

  • Set Default Next Stage: For each stage, assign a default next stage to streamline order movement.

  • User Permissions: Assign specific user permissions for each stage, allowing you to control access and actions.

  • Quality Check in Plant V2: Mark stages for quality checks with Accept/Reject buttons to ensure clear approval steps at critical points.

3. New Barcode Option: Scan to Bring Garment

The new Scan to Bring feature allows you to scan an item and bring it directly to the stage you're currently in, replacing the old method of automatically moving items to the next stage. This improves control over order movement and tracking.

  • The popup will display the section name (e.g., dry cleaning), ensuring better clarity and tracking.

4. Flexible Movement with the Update Order Button

The new Update Order button gives you more flexibility by allowing you to move any order to any stage, offering greater control over the process.

5. Activity Tracking

Activity Tracking V2 improves visibility into the progress of garments through various stages.

  • Enhanced Tracking: View detailed activity for garments and orders.

  • Activity Views: You can focus on specific garment activity or view overall progress, ensuring complete transparency.

6. Unified Search Icon

We’ve simplified the Search function by consolidating it into a search icon at the top right corner, making it easier to locate and track orders.

7. Activity Export

A new Activity Export feature allows you to export activity data from plant stages, giving you the ability to generate reports and perform better analysis of your plant operations.

8. Dedicated Printing Page & Plant Label Printing

We’ve introduced a new Dedicated Printing Page in Plant Mode for easier printing of labels and summaries.

  • Station Setup: You must have a station set up in the plant with attached printers to access this page.

  • Supported Printers: Zebra and TSC label printers are now supported for printing summary labels to stick on packed bags.

  • Heat Seal History: The heat seal history popup now shows how many times a seal has been used, along with the dates it was cleaned and completed.

9. Push Notifications

Push notifications are now supported when completing orders from the plant. You’ll receive real-time updates, and records of these notifications are stored for better tracking.
