Sending an order to the plant from the store or within Plant Mode is simple and straightforward in CleanCloud. Here's how you can manage orders between the store and the plant:
Sending an Order to the Plant from the Store
From the Cleaning Page in store mode, click the 'Reports' dropdown menu and select 'Give Bag To Driver'.
A window will appear showing all the orders currently in the store.
The system will automatically select all orders for you to send to the plant. If you want to send specific orders, you can manually select the ones you need.
Once you've selected your orders, click the green Submit button at the bottom.
A summary of the orders being sent to the plant will automatically be printed on the receipt printer.
In Plant Mode, you will see the selected orders listed under the Driver 1 tab.
On the Cleaning Page of the store, a blue 'P' will indicate that the order is at the plant, and an 'S' will show if it's still at the store.
Sending an Order to the Plant while in Plant Mode
In Plant Mode, go to the 'Deliver to Store' tab to find all orders still in the store.
Click the 'Update' button on the order to assign it to another section, such as Cleaning.
To move multiple orders at once, click the 'Update All' button. You can also use the filter box or batch select orders to update specific ones.
