You can easily edit orders from the 'DRIVER 1' section in Plant Mode to make necessary adjustments before moving them forward in the process. Here's how to edit an order:
Steps to Edit an Order in Plant Mode
Go to Plant Mode via Settings → Plant or directly at https://cleancloudapp.com/plant.
Navigate to the 'DRIVER 1' tab and click the edit pencil on the right-hand side of the order you want to edit.
Tick the relevant reason(s) for editing the order.
Click 'Edit Order' to proceed.
You will be taken to a page where you can make all necessary adjustments to the order.
Once you've finalized your edits, click 'Submit'.
After submission, the order will move from the 'DRIVER 1' tab to 'PENDING'.
In the 'PENDING' tab, you’ll find all orders that require approval before they are sent to the 'CLEANING' tab.
Managing User Permissions for the Pending Page
As an admin, you’ll automatically have access to the 'Pending Page'. However, you can set permissions to allow specific staff members to access this page through Settings → Users → Manage User Accounts.
Plant Status Visibility on the Cleaning Page
If you have a Plant Mode subscription, you can now see when an order is with Driver 1 (taking orders from the store to the plant) or Driver 2 (taking orders back to the store) while viewing the Cleaning Page in store mode.
D1 and D2 will be displayed to show whether the order is with Driver 1 or Driver 2, offering better clarity on the order's current location.
