Automate repeat pickups and deliveries in CleanCloud. Learn how to enable, manage, and cancel repeat orders for seamless scheduling.

CleanCloud allows you to automate repeat pickups and deliveries, making it easier for both customers and staff to manage regular service requests. Customers can schedule their own repeat pickups through the web booking tool or the CleanCloud app, while staff can set them up manually via the POS.


Enabling Online Repeat Pickups for Customers

To allow customers to schedule their own repeat pickups:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Admin → Pickup & Delivery → Pickup / Delivery Options.

  2. Toggle on Let Customers Book Repeat Pickup Orders.

Once enabled, customers can schedule repeat pickups directly through the CleanCloud app or web booking tool.


Creating a Repeat Pickup via the POS (CRM Page)

Step 1: Find the Customer

  • Use the Search function, Search page, or New Order page to locate the customer.

Step 2: Access the Pickups Tab

  • Open the customer’s CRM profile and click the Pickups tab.

Step 3: Add or Edit a Repeat Pickup

  • To add a new repeat pickup, click Create Regular Pickup and enter the required details.

  • To edit an existing repeat pickup, click the blue pencil icon next to it.

Step 4: Input Pickup Details

  • Next Pickup – Select the start date.

  • Pickup Slot – Set the start and end time.

  • Number of Pickups – Choose Until Canceled or set a fixed number (1-20 times).

  • Pickup Frequency – Select weekly, every 2, 3, or 4 weeks.

  • Set Repeat Delivery Date & Time – Use the calendar and dropdown menu to select dates and time slots.

  • Repeat Tip – Apply a tip based on price or percentage for the repeat service.

  • Copy Previous Order – If the repeat pickup always includes the same items (e.g., 100 towels), enable Copy Order From Previous Order. This ensures consistency by copying details from the most recent order.

  • Type:

    • Automatically create the order 24 hours before pickup.

    • Send an SMS requiring customer confirmation before creating the order.

Step 5: Save the Repeat Pickup

  • Click Submit to finalize the setup.

  • The new repeat pickup will appear in the customer’s CRM under Regular Pickups and on the Delivery Printout page.


Managing Repeat Pickups

  • All scheduled repeat pickups appear on the Delivery Printout page.

  • Access it via the Pickup & Ready page or directly through the designated link in your system.

🪄 Tip: If a customer requires multiple pickups per week, create separate repeat pickups and assign different days for each.


Canceling a Repeat Pickup

  • Navigate to CRM → Pickups → Regular Pickups or the Delivery Printout page.

  • Cancel the repeat pickup and provide a reason.

  • The customer will be notified via email.
