CleanCloud offers an SMS confirmation feature for repeat pickups, ensuring customers still require their scheduled pickup. Instead of automatically creating an order each time, the system will first send a confirmation SMS to the customer. You can set how far in advance this message is sent, allowing customers to confirm their pickup needs easily.

How It Works
Confirmation via SMS: Customers will receive an SMS asking if they still need their scheduled pickup. They need to reply with "YES", "Yes", or "yes" to confirm.
Order Creation: Once the customer replies with confirmation, the system will create the pickup order, and they’ll receive a confirmation message.
No Response: If the customer doesn’t respond or replies with anything other than "YES", the system won’t schedule the pickup, preventing unnecessary trips.
Setting Up SMS Confirmation for Repeat Pickups
Add or Edit a Repeat Pickup: While setting up a new repeat pickup or editing an existing one, select "Send SMS to customer requiring confirmation by SMS each time to create order" under the "Type" option.
Choose Advance Notice: Set the "Send SMS in Advance" period between 1 and 6 days before the scheduled pickup. This determines how early the customer receives the SMS.

Supported Regions: This feature is currently available for customers in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada.
Custom Phone Number: If you'd like to use a dedicated CleanCloud number for SMS confirmations, contact us for setup details and pricing. Without a dedicated CleanCloud phone number, each SMS confirmation may cost up to 3 credits. With a custom number, each confirmation uses up to 2 credits.
Credit Management: To track SMS credits and purchase additional ones as needed, go to Settings → Admin → Notifications → SMS → SMS Credits.
