If you would like to encourage your customers to place repeat pickup orders with you (e.g. every week, every 2 weeks, etc.) then we have a tool to help you with this.
If you go to Settings > Admin > Pickup & Delivery > General Settings > Discount Repeat Pickup Orders, and then you activate the toggle for it, you will see a few fields appear as evidenced below.
In the way this has been set up in the image below, we have set 10% as the discount for those customers who place repeat pickup orders and for their 5th order with you, the discount would become 20% up until the 10th order, after which point there will be no more discounts moving forwards on these repeat pickup orders.
To recap:
Set the general % discount for repeat pickup orders in the first row.
Set another discount % starting from the repeat pickup order number you choose in the second row.
Choose whether you would like to stop all discounts on repeat pickup orders starting from the repeat pickup order number of your choice.
Once you set this up, the conditions for the discount on the repeat pickup will be evident to the customer when they access the customer app/web app as highlighted in the image below.
