CleanCloud allows you to customize various aspects of pickup and delivery orders, including fees, discounts, availability, and routes. You can configure these settings in Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery to tailor your business preferences.
Setting Up a First Order Discount for Pickup & Delivery
You can offer customers a percentage discount on their first pickup and delivery order. To enable this:
Navigate to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → General Settings.
Locate the First Order Discount (%) option.
Enter the discount percentage you want to apply (e.g., 10%).
Click Submit to save.
This discount will automatically apply when a customer places their first pickup and delivery order.
