Activating Pickup and Delivery for Your App or Web Store

Enable pickup and delivery in CleanCloud to streamline online orders via your app or web store. Customize routes, fees, and notifications easily.

In today’s digital world, offering pickup and delivery services is essential for expanding your business and improving customer convenience. CleanCloud makes it easy to activate these services, allowing customers to place orders through your app or web store.

How to Activate Pickup and Delivery

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Services Offered.

  2. Toggle on Pickup and Delivery and/or Lockers.

  3. Scroll down and click Submit to save your changes.

🪄 Tip: Click Visit Store next to the toggle to access your store’s web booking tool.


Customizing Your Online Store (Web Booking Tool & Customer App)

After activating pickup and delivery, you can tailor various aspects of your online store for a more personalized experience.

To customize your settings, go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery, where you will find all available customization options.

General Settings

  • Set minimum order amounts for pickup and delivery.

  • Customize customer workflow and preferences (e.g., shirt and starch options).

  • Adjust delivery fees and location-based pricing.

  • Offer services in multiple languages.

Customizing Routes

  • Define service areas using geofences or zip codes.

  • Set pickup and delivery time slots for customer scheduling.

  • Add closed dates for routes when services are unavailable.

Notifications

  • Choose how customers receive order updates (email, SMS, or push notifications).

  • Set up internal notifications so your staff gets alerts when new orders are placed online.
