How to Change Your CleanCloud Subscription

Learn how to upgrade or change your CleanCloud subscription, whether you have a single store or multiple stores.

Updating your CleanCloud plan is straightforward. Follow the steps outlined below based on whether you have a single-store or multi-store account. Before upgrading, review Chapter 7 of our Terms of Service for details about upgrades, downgrades, and our Refund Policy.


Single-Store Upgrade Guide

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Store Info.

  2. Click on Manage Subscription.

  3. Select your New Subscription Plan and any Additional One-time Services you need.

  4. Scroll down and select Update Store.

🎉 Congratulations! You’re all set to enjoy the new features of your upgraded plan.


Billing Note

When you upgrade, you’ll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the month, ensuring you only pay for the portion of the upgraded plan you use during that billing cycle.


Multi-Store Upgrade Guide

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Multi-Store.

  2. Locate the store you wish to upgrade and click the blue settings icon.

  3. Select your New Subscription Plan and any Additional One-time Services you need.

  4. Scroll down and select Update Store.

🎉 Congratulations! You’re all set to enjoy the new features of your upgraded plan.
