If you’re still using Version 1 of CleanCloud, follow the instructions below to upgrade to Version 2 at no extra cost. Version 2 includes all the latest features and updates to ensure you don’t miss out on improvements.

We no longer provide support for Version 1 of CleanCloud. We strongly recommend upgrading to Version 2. Additionally, we suggest purchasing an Onboarding Session to help you learn and navigate the new system effectively.
How to Upgrade to Version 2 of CleanCloud
Go to Settings → Admin → Store Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the Store Settings page and locate the CleanCloud Version section.
Select 2.0 and press Submit.
Your CleanCloud account will now be updated to Version 2.
