How to Import Upcharges into CleanCloud

1. Log into your CleanCloud account and replace the URL with https://cleancloudapp.com/import.

2. Scroll down to the Product and Price List section.

3. Click Download Template File.

4. Open a new Google Sheet or Excel spreadsheet. Go to File → Import, and select the template file you downloaded.

Inputting Upcharges

Enter your upcharges into the sheet, making sure to include the following details:

  • Price: The flat amount to charge customers.

  • Percentage of Product Price: Select this if the upcharge is a percentage-based rather than a flat rate.

  • Tax Exemption: Specify if any of the three tax options should apply or be exempted.

  • Restrict to Product ID: Specify which product this upcharge applies to. Use the metrics export tool to find the relevant Product IDs.

5. Once all information is entered, download the file as CSV format by going to File → Download → Comma Separated Values (.csv).

6. Return to the import tool, upload the CSV file, and click Submit.

⚠️ Warning ⚠️

Optionally, toggle Delete all Existing Upcharges to replace all current upcharges. Use caution as this action cannot be undone, and active orders will no longer match upcharge lists.
