With CleanCloud, you can easily import data from any other POS system into our platform. Please note that only the main admin user has access to the importing page. During the onboarding process, you may want to transfer some of your existing data. Follow this guide to perform the import yourself.

How to Import Promo Codes into CleanCloud
1. Log into your CleanCloud account, then navigate to https://cleancloudapp.com/import.
2. Scroll down to the Promo Codes section.
3. Click Download Template File.
4. Open a new Google Sheet or Excel spreadsheet, go to File → Import, and select the template file you just downloaded.
Inputting Promo Codes
You’ll need to input your promo code(s) and include the following details:
Type of Promo:
0= % discount on all future orders1= customer credit4= % discount for one order
Promo Expiry: Use Unix timestamp to specify when the promo code expires.
Discount Amount: Enter the percentage discount (enter
0if not applicable).Credit Amount: Enter the dollar value for credit (enter
0if not applicable).Maximum Uses: Set the total number of uses (e.g., 10 = 10 customers max).
Show in POS: Input
1to display in POS, or0to hide.
5. Once you’ve filled in the relevant information, download the file as CSV format by going to File → Download → Comma Separated Values (.csv).
6. Return to the import tool, upload the CSV file, and click Submit.
