How to Import Business Accounts into CleanCloud

⚠️ Before importing your business accounts, you'll need to export your customer database to find the applicable customer IDs. Do this by navigating to Settings → Metrics → Data Export → Customers.

Getting Started

1. Log into your CleanCloud account and replace the URL with https://cleancloudapp.com/import.

2. Scroll down to the Business Accounts section.

3. Click Download Template File.

4. Open a new Google Sheet or Excel spreadsheet, go to File → Import, and select the template file you downloaded.

5. Input your Business Account information.

  • All details entered will appear on the invoice if you plan on invoicing the business.

  • Use the Customer IDs field to tie customers to the business. You can find customer IDs by downloading the customer database export mentioned earlier.

  • If you're linking multiple customers, separate the customer IDs with commas and ensure no spaces between them (e.g., 301,354,398).

6. Once the data is filled in, download the file as a CSV by going to File → Download → Comma Separated Values (.csv).

7. Return to the import tool, upload the CSV file, and click the green Submit button.
