The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) page in CleanCloud is a centralized hub for managing customer details, order history, payments, and communication. From viewing messages to creating new orders, everything is organized in one place for easy access.
Accessing the CRM Page
To find a customer's CRM page, follow these steps:
Navigate to the New Order page.
Use the search bar in the top-right corner to locate the customer.
Click the blue profile button next to their name to open their CRM.
CRM Features Overview
The CRM page provides access to various customer details and management tools.
1. Orders
View all active and completed orders.
Active orders will appear under Detail, Cleaning, Ready, or Pickups pages.
Click on an order ID to open a detailed order summary.
2. Stats
Analyze key customer metrics, including:
Total orders
Payment status (Paid/Unpaid)
Last order date
Order frequency
Average spending
Most frequently ordered items
Additional Actions in Stats:
Redeem loyalty points (if enabled).
Request a customer review.
Print barcodes for customer identification.
The Credits History section displays a breakdown of customer credit history, including:
Order ID
Date
Amount credited/used
3. Edit Customer
Update customer contact details, address, and preferences.
Assign a Customer ID or apply a custom price list.
Modify order preferences.
Update payment details (e.g., saved cards for automated payments).
Add discounts and credits.
4. Payments
Track all customer payments, including:
Order ID
Payment type (cash, card, invoice)
Transaction date
View outstanding balances and manage unpaid orders.
5. Messages
The Messages tab stores all customer communications, including:
SMS (Requires SMS credits).
Email notifications
Push notifications (sent via CleanCloud app).
WhatsApp messages (if enabled).
Internal staff notes (visible only to employees, highlighted in yellow).
📌 Note: Automated order updates (e.g., "Order Created," "Order Cleaned") do not display message content - only the notification title and related order ID.
6. Pickups (Available with Pro Plan or Higher)
View active and recent pickups.
Create recurring pickups by clicking Create Regular Pickup.
Modify scheduled pickups directly from the CRM.
7. Subscription (Available with Pro Plan or Higher)
Manage customer subscriptions (e.g., laundry plans, monthly billing).
View subscription invoices and payment history.
Activate or cancel subscriptions.
8. Photos
View and upload photos related to customer orders.
Store garment condition photos for quality tracking.
