Reward your customers by linking loyalty points to their spending. Automatically enrol them in the Loyalty Points Scheme, where points accumulate based on spending and can later be converted to customer credit.
How to Activate Loyalty Points
Go to Settings → Admin → Discounts & Promos → Loyalty Points.
Toggle the Active switch to enable the scheme.
Set the redemption rate under Redemption Percentage on Each Order (e.g., 3% means $3 credit for every $100 spent).
Define the threshold for showing the Show Convert to Credit Button Unclaimed Credit Reaches button for unclaimed credit.
Set the Apply to Orders From This Date field.
Tip:
Avoid changing this date once set to prevent affecting accumulated points.
Under Print On Receipt, select whether to print loyalty points on the customer copy, store copy, both, or not at all.
Press Submit to save your changes.
🗒️ Notes:
Apply to Orders From This Date: Once you set this date, avoid changing it to prevent disruptions to accumulated loyalty points. Altering the date after credits have been claimed might result in a negative loyalty points balance for customers. This means they would need to spend more to earn new points. This ensures that any points already used or redeemed are accurately accounted for.
Loyalty Points on Receipts: Loyalty points are calculated only after an order has been marked as paid. As a result, receipts printed before payment will not display any loyalty points.
Applying Loyalty Credit
Access the CRM customer profile from the New Order page.
In the Stats section, check the Unused Loyalty Points.
If points are available, click Redeem to apply them as credit to the customer's account. They can use this credit towards their future orders.
Converting Points Online
Customers can convert points to credit directly through their accounts using the web booking tool or customer app.
