Key Features of the Search Page
Using Filters
Quickly refine your search with filters for Orders, Customers, or Payments to find the exact information you need.
🪄 Tip: If you're using CleanCloud Pay, you can track transactions and payouts directly from this page.
Finding Specific Orders
Narrow down searches using the following filters:
Order Status: Locate orders by status (e.g., awaiting pickup, cleaning, completed).
Customer Details: Search by customer name, order ID, phone number, or email.
Advanced Filters: Use date range options like Placed After, Cleaned Before, and search by specific details such as Notes, Private Notes, or Customer Groups for precise results.
Tracking Order Updates
Stay informed with real-time order progress:
✔ See timestamps for order creation, cleaning, detailing, and completion.
✔ Monitor staff assignments to track who handled each order.
Payment Collection
With CleanCloud Pay or Clearent integration, you can collect payments directly from the Search page by selecting the payment button.
Without an integrated payment processor, update payment statuses manually:
⚠️ Important: Selecting Pay by Card on the Search page does not process a payment, even if you have an integrated payment processor. This button only updates the payment status in CleanCloud.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I search using the last 4 digits of a credit card without knowing the customer’s name?
A: Currently, you can't directly search for transactions using only the last 4 digits of a card in either Clearent or CleanCloud Pay integrations. Additional customer and order details are needed to locate orders in CleanCloud.
To work around this, go to Settings → Search and filter by Payments. You can further refine your search using options like Order Status, Paid After, Paid Before, etc., to narrow down results. Once you’ve filtered, you can open the customer’s CRM profile to see the saved card info, including the last 4 digits.
Q: How can I search for a specific amount on the Search page?
A: Currently, it’s not possible to search for a specific amount directly on the Search page. However, you can use the Payments filter to narrow down results by payment type, status, and pay dates, which may help identify the transaction you’re looking for.
