CleanCloud provides a free way to keep customers informed with push notifications. If they have the CleanCloud or branded app installed with push notifications enabled, they’ll receive instant updates on their orders and can engage in two-way conversations directly within the app.

Activating Push Notifications

To enable push notifications:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Admin → Notifications → Push.

  2. Toggle on Use Push Notifications.

  3. Optionally, enable Send Email/SMS if Push Not Successful for extra reach.

Order Updates

Customers with the app will receive push notifications for:

  • Order Created

  • Order Edited with Total Changes

  • Order Edited with Date or Time Changes

  • Order Cleaned and Ready

  • Delivery Order Delivered

  • Auto Charge on Saved Card Failed

You can also activate Driver On Their Way Notifications for updates when the driver activates the order.

Note: Push notifications are temporary alerts and aren’t logged in chat history.

Two-Way Push Messaging

Engage with customers using the app’s messaging tool:

  • App Chat: Customers start conversations via the message icon.

  • POS Chat: Notifications appear on the POS. Select Push to reply.

Push Marketing

Connect with customers through push marketing:

  1. Go to Settings → Marketing → Push.

  2. Compose your message and preview it.

  3. Configure triggers under Action and set rules under Add Rules.

  4. Optionally exclude business accounts by toggling Exclude Business Account.

  5. Click Affected Customers to view recipients.

Note: Only customers with the app installed, notifications enabled, and who have opted in for marketing messages will be included in the push marketing list.
