Set up automated customer review notifications in CleanCloud to efficiently gather feedback, manage reviews, and enhance your brand image.

At CleanCloud, we understand the value of customer reviews in shaping your business’s reputation. Our review feature allows you to efficiently gather and manage customer feedback, helping showcase your best side.

This feature automatically prompts customers to leave reviews, intercepts any negative feedback by directing it privately to you, and ensures that positive reviews are promoted on your chosen review platform. This process enhances your online image, displaying only favorable feedback to potential new customers.

📌 Note: Marketing and Reviews features are available exclusively for Grow and Grow+ customers.


Setting Up Customer Review Notifications

To activate and configure this feature, go to Settings → Admin → Marketing. Follow these steps to set up and manage review notifications.

Review Notifications Setup

In Settings → Admin → Marketing, you’ll find options to customize review notifications:

1. New Reviews Notification Email: Enter an email address where you’d like to receive notifications about customer reviews.

2. Review Request Frequency Type: Choose how frequently review requests are sent to customers. Adjust these settings to suit your business needs:

Don't Send Review Requests

  • Choose this option to opt out of automatic review requests.

Send After X Orders

  • Set the intervals for triggering review requests (e.g., after the first, second, or third order).

  • Define the maximum number of review requests and reviews each customer can receive and send.

  • Customize the delay before the review request is sent.

3. Review Request Method: Select the delivery method for review requests—Email, SMS, or Push Notification.


Manually Requesting Reviews

While CleanCloud can automatically send review requests based on your setup, you can also request reviews manually:

Via Customer CRM

  • Go to the customer’s CRM profile, and in the Stats section at the bottom, click Request Review to send a request.


Through Marketing Campaigns

  • Customize review request content in Settings → Marketing → Email Templates → Settings → Template Action by creating a template for Review Request Email.

  • Use this template in a one-time marketing campaign to increase reviews or add it to an Automated Campaign for ongoing reach.
