Our marketing feature now includes a "View Stats" button, enabling you to track order statistics and see a detailed breakdown of orders generated by customers who received your marketing campaigns.
Note: The View Stats feature is currently available for one-time campaigns only and does not apply to automated campaigns.
How to View Campaign Stats
Follow these steps to access the feature:
Go to Settings → Marketing → History.
Select the timeframe and filter by notification type (All, SMS, Email, or Templated Email) to view a summary of campaigns, including the type, count (number of affected customers), and the date the campaign was sent.
Click View Stats next to a campaign to see detailed order statistics. This will display the affected customers and allow you to track the impact of each campaign over 7, 14, 30, 60, and 90 days after it's sent.
