Track the success of your one-time marketing campaigns with CleanCloud’s "View Stats" feature, showing customer engagement and order stats.

With CleanCloud’s marketing feature, you can track the success of your campaigns using the "View Stats" button. This tool provides a detailed breakdown of orders generated by customers who received your one-time marketing campaigns, allowing you to measure campaign effectiveness over time.

📌 Note: The View Stats feature is available for one-time campaigns only and does not apply to automated campaigns.


How to View Campaign Stats

To access campaign statistics:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Marketing → History.

  2. Filter the Campaigns:

    • Select a timeframe and filter by notification type (All, SMS, Email, Push, or Templated Email).

    • This will display a summary of campaigns, showing the type, number of affected customers, and the date the campaign was sent.

  3. Click View Stats:

    • Next to each campaign, click "View Stats" to access detailed order statistics.

    • You’ll see customer engagement details, including the orders generated within 7, 14, 30, 60, and 90 days of the campaign’s delivery.
