You can edit customer details from either the New Order page or the Search page.
ⓘ Information: Edits to a customer’s details are not recorded in User Edits.
Editing Customer Details from the New Order Page
- Enter the customer's name in the Name field on the New Order page. 
- Select the customer from the results that appear. 
- Click the pencil icon next to the customer details. 
- The Customer CRM page will open—update the necessary details. 
- Click Update to save changes. 
Editing Customer Details from the Search Page
- Navigate to Settings → Search. 
- Select Customers from the Search Type dropdown. 
- Enter the customer's name, email, or phone number. 
- Click Search. 
- Click the pencil icon next to the customer’s details. 
- You will be redirected to the Customer CRM page—make the necessary edits. 
- Click Update to save the changes.
