You can edit customer details from either the New Order page or the Search page.
Editing Customer Details from the New Order Page
Enter the customer's name in the Name field on the New Order page.
Select the customer from the results that appear.
Click the pencil icon next to the customer details.
The Customer CRM page will open—update the necessary details.
Click Update to save changes.
Editing Customer Details from the Search Page
Navigate to Settings → Search.
Select Customers from the Search Type dropdown.
Enter the customer's name, email, or phone number.
Click Search.
Click the pencil icon next to the customer’s details.
You will be redirected to the Customer CRM page—make the necessary edits.
Click Update to save the changes.
