Easily manage customer subscriptions in CleanCloud by viewing details, monitoring usage, handling overages, canceling plans, and managing subscription campaigns.
Viewing Subscription Details and Usage
To check a customer’s subscription details:
Navigate to the customer’s CRM profile.
Click on the Subscription tab.
Here, you can view key subscription details, including:
Subscription Name
Joined Date
Plan Price
Total
Next Payment Date
Last Payment Date
Used Allowance
Payment History
Invoices
✔ Subscription usage is also displayed on the New Order page when creating or editing an order. This helps staff monitor remaining allowances. Note that any overages will be added to the next invoice and not billed immediately.

Canceling a Customer’s Subscription
1. Via POS:
Open the customer’s CRM profile.
Select the Subscription tab.
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm the cancellation.
2. Via Online Account:
Customers can cancel their subscriptions through their online accounts.
Managing and Deleting Subscription Campaigns
To manage or delete subscription campaigns:
Go to Settings → Admin → Payments & Finance → Subscriptions.
View, manage, or delete subscriptions by clicking the bin icon next to any entry.
This section provides an overview of all active subscriptions, including linked products and customer details.
Editing a Subscription
You can edit all subscription details, except the billing cycle.
To make changes:
Navigate to Settings → Admin → Payments & Finance → Subscriptions.
Click the pencil icon next to the subscription you want to modify.
Make necessary changes.
Click Submit to save updates.
⚠️ Important: Always notify customers of any subscription changes to maintain transparency and avoid disputes.
