How to Update Card Details on Your CleanCloud Account

Learn how to update and manage your card details securely in CleanCloud.

Updating your card details in CleanCloud is quick and secure. Make sure you’re logged in with your master account to access and update your payment information.

For successful updates, ensure you are logged in with the primary Admin account, as some features are restricted to this role.


How to Update Your Card Details

  1. Navigate to Settings → Admin → Admin Tools → Update Card Details.

  2. Under My Cards, you will see the cards currently saved on your account. If you have multiple cards, you can:

    • View the default card.

    • Change the default card.

    • Remove cards from your account.

  3. If no cards are saved, select Add New Card, and you’ll be redirected to a page to enter your card details.

  4. Input your card number, CVC, expiration date, and any other required information.

  5. Click Add New Card and then Submit to save your changes.

After updating your payment card information, CleanCloud’s Account Management team will review and process the update. Once completed, a confirmation notification will be sent to you, ensuring your payment details have been securely updated. No further action is required unless contacted for additional information.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How can I change the bank account for my CleanCloud subscription direct debit?
A: CleanCloud doesn’t currently support direct debit from a bank account. However, you can update your credit card details for subscription payments.

To update your credit card: Go to Settings → Admin → Admin Tools → Update Card Details → My Cards → Add New Card.
