If you choose to proceed with the cancellation, follow these steps:

Steps to Cancel Your CleanCloud Account

  1. Navigate to Settings → Admin → Admin Tools.

  2. Select Cancel Account.

  3. Optionally, provide a reason for your cancellation—your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

  4. Click Cancel Account to finalize the process. Your data will be scheduled for deletion.

Q: What if my account was deactivated due to non‑payment? Can I make a partial payment or split it?
A: If your account was cancelled because of non‑payment, your store will remain deactivated until the full outstanding balance is settled. Once payment is received, your CleanCloud account can be reactivated. Partial payments or payment plans must be approved by our Billing team—please reach out to discuss options.
