Migrating from Stripe to CleanCloud Pay is simple and seamless for you and your customers. Follow these steps to move your data and switch over to CleanCloud Pay.
Getting Started
Login to your Stripe business account.
Fill out and send the Stripe Data Migration form via the following link: Stripe Migration Form.
Send the email to initiate the process, and Stripe will contact you directly.
Confirm the Migration: Respond to Stripe’s email with “Confirm” to proceed with migrating your tokens.
Approve the Export: Review the export data Stripe sends and respond with “Yes, please proceed.”
Receive Final Confirmation: After 1 day, Stripe will notify you that the export is ready. Forward this email to [email protected].
CleanCloud Prepares the Import: CleanCloud will contact you to schedule the data import.

✔ Will I lose my Stripe data?
No, Stripe will keep your account active, allowing access to historical data.
✔ What happens once I’ve exported my customers from Stripe?
After the export, any new customer payment tokens added to your Stripe account will not be migrated to CleanCloud Pay.
✔ Can I still use Stripe for payments after the migration?
No. Once the import to CleanCloud Pay is complete, all payments will be processed through CleanCloud Pay.
