If your CleanCloud Pay terminal is lost or stolen, follow these steps immediately to secure your account and report the incident:

Steps to Report a Lost or Stolen Terminal

1. Gather Information

Write an email to [email protected] including answers to the following:

  • Model and serial number of the missing terminal.

  • Location where the terminal was lost or stolen.

  • How the incident occurred.

  • How you discovered the terminal was missing.

  • Was the terminal in active use or still in packaging?

  • If you suspect theft, have you filed a police report?

    • ✅ If yes, attach a copy of the report to your email.

    • ❌ If no, file a report and send it to us as soon as possible.

  • What actions have you taken to prevent this from happening again?

2. Send the Report

  • Email all the above information and attachments to [email protected]

  • We will contact Adyen on your behalf to have the terminal listed as lost/stolen so it can no longer be used.

🗒️ Notes:

  • Acting quickly helps prevent misuse of the device.

  • Make sure to keep records of the police report and your email to CleanCloud for future reference.
