My CleanCloud Pay Terminal Is Not Turning On

If your CleanCloud Pay terminal isn't turning on, follow these steps to troubleshoot quickly and get back to business.

Step 1: Plug in the Charger

  • Connect the charger: Use the charger that came with your CleanCloud Pay terminal.

  • Charging time: Charge the terminal for at least 30 minutes, or preferably, leave it charging overnight.

  • Red light: Look for a red light on the side of the terminal, which indicates that it is charging.


Step 2: Power On

  • After charging, press and hold the power button (located near the charging port) until the screen turns on.

  • When the terminal powers up, the CleanCloud Pay logo will appear, and it will guide you to connect to WiFi.

🪄 Tip: Always charge your CleanCloud Pay terminal overnight to ensure it's fully powered for the next business day.
