Troubleshooting your CleanCloud Pay Card Terminal

We understand this can be a bit of a panic if your card terminal is not turning on before you're about to open your store. In this article, we'll be walking you through how to troubleshoot this issue quickly.

If your CleanCloud Pay terminal is not turning on, we would recommend the following steps to try:

Step 1: Plug the Charger Cord in

Please connect the charger cord that came with your CleanCloud Pay terminal. For best results, it's best to charge the card terminal for at least 30 minutes, though leaving it charging overnight is ideal.

You should see a red light appear on the side of the reader — that means the terminal is charging.

Step 2: Power On

After you have enabled the card terminal to charge for the advised period, press down on the power button situated close to the charging port until the terminal screen is powered up.

After that, the CleanCloud pay logo should appear and the terminal will begin guiding you through the steps to link it to your WiFi.

💡 Tip: You should always charge your CleanCloud pay terminal overnight to ensure it is fully charged for the next working day.
