Troubleshooting Your CleanCloud Pay Card Terminal

It can be stressful when your card terminal won’t turn on, especially before opening your store. Here’s how to troubleshoot this issue quickly:

Step 1: Plug in the Charger

  • Connect the charger cord that came with your CleanCloud Pay terminal.

  • Charging Time: Charge the terminal for at least 30 minutes, but ideally leave it charging overnight.

  • Look for a red light on the side of the terminal—this indicates the device is charging.


Step 2: Power On

  • After charging, press and hold the power button (near the charging port) until the screen powers up.

  • Once on, the terminal will display the CleanCloud Pay logo and guide you to connect it to your WiFi.

🪄 Tip: Always charge your CleanCloud Pay terminal overnight to ensure it’s fully ready for the next business day.
