Connecting your CleanCloud Pay terminal to WiFi is a simple process that ensures smooth and uninterrupted payment processing. The terminal supports both 5 GHz & 2.4 GHz WiFi, 4G/3G, and Bluetooth 4.1 for seamless connectivity.
Steps to Connect
Power On Your Terminal
Hold down the power button (located above the charging port) until the screen turns on.
Select Your WiFi Network
Once the terminal powers on, a list of available WiFi networks will appear.
Select your WiFi network from the list.
Enter Your WiFi Password
Use the terminal's keypad to enter your WiFi password and press the Enter button on the screen.
Confirm Connection
The terminal will notify you once it has successfully connected to the WiFi.
Troubleshooting Tips
Connection Issues: If you encounter issues connecting your terminal, ensure your WiFi network is active and your password is correct.
WiFi Range: Ensure your terminal is within range of your WiFi router. If not, try moving it closer to the router.
