If you are a CleanCloud Pay customer and have purchased one of our robust terminals - not only can you use these terminals in-store with your customers but you can also connect them to your Driver App and take them out on deliveries with you!
Both Terminals have a built in e-sim which means as long as you have a strong 3G or 4G connection, you will be able to take payments for your customers anywhere they are based.
To set this up in your Driver App, you will need to complete the following steps:
Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner of your Driver app
Go to Settings.
Select your "Terminal Model" and enter in your “Terminal Serial Number” - always ensure you have entered three 0's at the beginning of the serial number "000XXXXXXXXXXXX".
Then click "update".
Once you have complete the above steps, when you go to take a payment you will select the "Payment Terminal" payment method option.
