If you're experiencing issues with printing receipts from your CleanCloud Pay PRINT terminal, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Check WiFi Connection


Step 2: Open Receipt Roll Cover

  • Open the receipt roll cover located at the top of the terminal.


Step 3: Inspect for Obstructions

  • Remove any dust or paper scraps that may be blocking the receipt roll.

  • Look for any loose or broken parts that could be affecting the printer’s functionality.


Step 4: Check Paper Roll

  • If the receipt paper has pink stripes, it indicates that the roll is nearly out. Replace the receipt roll to resolve the issue.


Step 5: Check Printer Settings

  • Ensure that your printer settings within the POS are correctly configured. Go to Settings → Hardware → Payment Terminals in CleanCloud POS to verify your settings.
