If you're experiencing issues with printing receipts from your CleanCloud Pay PRINT terminal, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Check WiFi Connection
Ensure your terminal is connected to the internet. If not, check out our help article on reconnecting to WiFi.
Step 2: Open Receipt Roll Cover
Open the receipt roll cover located at the top of the terminal.
Step 3: Inspect for Obstructions
Remove any dust or paper scraps that may be blocking the receipt roll.
Look for any loose or broken parts that could be affecting the printer’s functionality.
Step 4: Check Paper Roll
If the receipt paper has pink stripes, it indicates that the roll is nearly out. Replace the receipt roll to resolve the issue.
Step 5: Check Printer Settings
Ensure that your printer settings within the POS are correctly configured. Go to Settings → Hardware → Payment Terminals in CleanCloud POS to verify your settings.
