Refilling or entering new receipt paper into your CleanCloud Pay terminal is a simple process. Follow the steps below to ensure your terminal is set up properly for printing receipts.
Entering the Receipt Paper
At the top of your terminal, locate the contactless symbol. On either side, you will see a set of 3 lines.
Grip both sides of the top of the terminal and gently pull to open the terminal.
Insert the receipt paper (ensure it's inserted the correct way around).
Close the top of the terminal securely.
To check, run a quick test order through your CleanCloud POS to ensure that everything is printing correctly.
