How to Enter and Refill Your Receipt Paper in a CleanCloud Pay Terminal

This article will provide you with instructions on how to refill the receipt paper on your PRINT terminal.

Whether you are entering your receipt paper for the first time or you need to refill your terminal receipt paper, follow these simple steps below:

Entering the Receipt Paper

  1. At the top of your CleanCloud Pay terminal where you can see the contactless symbol, on either side you will see a set of 3 lines.

  2. Whilst gripping both sides of the top of the terminal you will gently pull and the top of the terminal will open.

  3. Once you have entered the receipt paper in (make sure it is the correct way round), you can then close the top of the terminal.

  4. To ensure everything is working properly, run a quick test order through the CleanCloud POS to ensure everything is printing correctly.
