If you originally signed up for CleanCloud with a specific email address but now need to update it, we’re here to help. The email used during signup becomes the primary admin email, and this article outlines how to change it securely.

How to Change Your CleanCloud Admin Email Address

Step 1: Add the New Admin as a User

  1. Go to Settings → Users, and click Add User.

  2. Enter the owner's name, email address, password, and quick pin.

  3. Assign the appropriate admin permissions.

📌 If you have multiple locations, be sure to use the same email and password across all stores for seamless access.

Step 2: Contact Support

  1. Send a message through the Messenger tab in CleanCloud or email [email protected].

  2. The request must be made from the current admin email address.

  3. Ask Support to update the admin email address to the new email provided.

✅ Once verified, CleanCloud will update the admin email and set the new user as the Super Admin, ensuring full administrative access.

Q: Can I edit a staff user’s email address?
A: No. CleanCloud doesn’t allow editing of user emails. Instead, delete the user and recreate them with the correct email.

A: Not directly. For security, login codes are tied to your user email. If you need to change this, the request must come from the current main admin email.
