You can easily access and manage your CleanCloud account through your preferred web browser by visiting the login page at https://cleancloudapp.com/login or via our optimized CleanCloud POS App on your tablet or iPad.

In this article, we will cover the security measures CleanCloud offers and troubleshooting tips for accessing your CleanCloud account.


Security Measures

1. Email Confirmation

CleanCloud requires email confirmation if a login attempt is detected from a suspicious IP address. If such activity is detected, you'll be prompted to confirm the login by entering a code sent to your email address.

🔐 Notes:

  • The code is valid for 10 minutes. If assistance is required in obtaining the code or if you haven't received the email, please contact support, and we'll manually unlock access to your account for you.

  • This check is optional. If you prefer not to have this extra security layer, contact our support team from the main admin email address, and we will disable it for your account.


2. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

To enhance account security, CleanCloud offers Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This feature provides an additional layer of protection for your CleanCloud account, ensuring the safety of your data.

3. Lock Screen

We've added a Lock button to our profile switcher for added security.

Now, right next to the Open Cash Drawer option, you'll find this handy feature to force security PIN entry, perfect for those moments when your staff need to step away from the POS.


Changing or Resetting Your Password

If you need to change or reset your CleanCloud password, follow these steps:

  1. Log out of CleanCloud. Tip: Trigger a forced logout by clicking this link.

  2. On the Login page https://cleancloudapp.com/login, click the "Forgot Password?" button.

  3. Enter your email address in the provided field.

  4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to set a new password.

That's it! You've successfully changed your CleanCloud password.

Note: If you've been locked out due to multiple failed login attempts, please contact us for assistance in unlocking your account.
