Keeping your CleanCloud account secure is essential. Follow these steps to change or reset your password if you or your staff need to regain access.
Change or Reset Your Password
If you need to update or reset your CleanCloud password, follow these steps:
Log out of your CleanCloud account.
Visit the CleanCloud Login Page and click "Forgot Password?" below the login button.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Reset Password".
Check your email for a password reset link, then follow the instructions to create a new password.
Log in again using your updated credentials.
✅ That’s it! Your password has been successfully updated.
🪄 Tip: If you enter the wrong password too many times, your account will be temporarily locked. When uncertain, click the eye icon 👁️ to double-check your password before submitting.
Resetting Driver App Password
Drivers using the CleanCloud Driver App can reset their password the same way:
Go to the CleanCloud Login Page.
Click "Forgot Password?" and enter their registered email.
Follow the email instructions to update their password.
Even if a driver does not have POS access, they must reset their password through this method.
Unlocking a Locked Account
If your account is locked after multiple failed login attempts, you’ll need assistance from CleanCloud Support.
To unlock your account, provide the following details:
✔ Store ID
✔ Store Name
✔ Registered Email Address
