If your business uses multiple CleanCloud store accounts, you can easily switch between them — as long as you use identical login credentials for each store.
Why You May Be Unable to Switch Stores
Each store must use the same email address and password for your user account.
The additional store might not have been added to your user profile.
How to Fix It
1. Use Consistent Credentials
All stores must share the exact same login email and password.
To reset or confirm credentials, go to the CleanCloud login page and click Forgot Password. Reset your password and then use it across all additional store logins.
2. Log In and Switch Stores
Log in to CleanCloud and refresh your browser.
Click your initials in the top-right corner and select the store you wish to switch to.
