How to Update Your Account Information with CleanCloud Pay

Learn how to update your business information with CleanCloud Pay, including bank details and legal name changes, directly from your POS.

If you've updated your bank details, changed ownership, or altered your legal business name, you can easily update this information through your CleanCloud POS.

How to Update Your Account Information

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Payments & Finances → Payments.

  2. Click View Account Information.

  3. This will redirect you to the page where you initially uploaded your KYC (Know Your Customer) details.

  4. Click any section you wish to update, make the necessary changes, and then press Complete to save your changes.

ⓘ Important: KYC verification checks may take up to 24 hours. Delays in verification may cause a delay in payouts, but once completed, any delayed payouts will be processed in the next scheduled payout.
