How to Update Your Account Information with CleanCloud Pay

Update your CleanCloud Pay account details, including bank info, ownership changes, and business name updates, directly in your POS.

If you’ve updated your bank details, changed ownership, or changed your legal business name, you can easily update this information directly through your CleanCloud POS.

To update your account details for CleanCloud Pay:

1. Go to SettingsAdminPayments & FinancesPayments.

2. Click View Account Information.

3. This will take you to the page where you initially uploaded your KYC (Know Your Customer) information.

4. Click any section to update your details and press Complete to save changes.

📌 Important: KYC verification checks can take up to 24 hours to complete, which may cause a delay in payouts due during the verification period. However, any delayed payouts will be processed in your next scheduled payout once verification is completed.
