The Driver App Messenger allows drivers to send messages directly to customers without revealing their phone numbers, ensuring secure communication.
How It Works
Customers using the CleanCloud Customer App receive messages as push notifications.
Customers using the Web Booking Tool see messages via the chat bubble in the top-right corner.
Activating Driver App Messenger
To enable this feature:
Go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Driver App.
Toggle on "Use CRM Messenger".
Important Notes
Available only for Grow/Grow+ customers.
Messages can be sent via Push, Email, or SMS while keeping driver phone numbers private.
A dedicated SMS number is required for two-way SMS communication between drivers and customers.
