Easily monitor and share your driver's location with customers for Pickup and Delivery orders.

You can keep track of your drivers and share their location with your customers for better transparency. When a driver accepts a pickup or delivery order, customers get a notification showing where the driver is.


Getting Started

Enabling Driver Location Tracking

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Driver App.

  2. Enable the 'Track Driver Location' option.


Enabling Driver On Their Way Notficiations

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Notifications → General Settings.

  2. Under 'Driver On Their Way Notifications', toggle on the notification methods (Push, Email, SMS) for customer updates.

  3. Click Submit to save changes.


How to View Driver Locations

You can access real-time driver locations via the POS anytime by going to Settings → Users → Driver Locations. The map displays dots where the driver's location was pinged with a CleanCloud server. This allows you to see the drivers’ locations from one stop to another in any given time range, which can be selected in the top right corner of the map.

📌 Note: CleanCloud can only track the driver’s location when the Driver app is installed and location services are enabled, additionally we only present 7 days of driver location history.


Driver ETA via the Customer App

Customers with the CleanCloud App can track the Driver ETA once the driver accepts the order in the Driver App. They can view the driver's location on the map and estimate pickup or delivery time.
