With CleanCloud, you can alert customers when a driver accepts their pickup or delivery order, letting them know the driver is on the way. This notification enhances the customer experience by providing timely updates and, if enabled, a live link to track the driver’s location.
How to Enable Notifications
Go to Settings → Admin → Notifications → General Settings.
Enable Driver Notifications: Turn on the Driver On Their Way Notifications for Email, Push, or SMS notifications, based on your preference.
Press the Submit button to save these changes.
🪄 Tip: To enable real-time location tracking, ensure Driver Location is enabled. Go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Driver App → Track Driver Location. When enabled, this setting will add a link to the notification, allowing customers to view the driver’s live location.
