Driver App Messenger

Enhance driver-customer communication with CleanCloud's Driver App Messenger. Keep clients informed while preserving driver privacy.

Your drivers can now send messages directly to customers via the Driver App, while ensuring their phone number remains hidden. This is a quick and easy way to keep customers updated on the status of their orders.

Those using the customer app will receive these messages as push notifications, while those using the web booking tool will see the messages via the chat bubble in the top right corner of their screen.

To activate this feature, simply navigate to Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > Driver App > and enable the 'Use CRM Messenger' toggle.

πŸ—’οΈ Note: Enabling this feature enables the Driver App to utilize CleanCloud Messenger, which supports Push, Email, and SMS without revealing the driver's phone number. A dedicated SMS number is required for two-way SMS communication between customers and drivers.

This feature is currently available for Grow/Grow+ customers only.
